Stream sluices (Trek, Adventure, Transformer models) are lightweight and fold for backpack access to remote creeks. Should I get a stream sluice or a highbanker?

If you work directly in flowing creeks and hike to your spots, start with a folding stream sluice. If you want to process more yards of material or work away from the waterline, a highbanker/power sluice kit with pump is the productivity upgrade.

Is a sluice box better than gold panning?
