Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products are built specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, all custom orders are covered by our 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty — if your unit arrives defective or develops a fault, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
Warranty Coverage
