Every detector ships free to all 48 contiguous states, fully insured, curb-side delivery. Orders placed before 2PM EST leave our Willowbrook, IL facility the same business day; typical transit is 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships. For Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations, contact us for a quote before ordering.
Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

Your detector is covered by our 30-day functional guarantee: if the unit does not perform as specified by the manufacturer, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Guaranteed-functional returns receive a full refund or replacement — your choice. To qualify, keep the original packaging and all accessories. To start a return, call 866-582-5025 or email support@metaldetectorsdirect.com with your order number; we'll send a prepaid, insured return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the unit.
Warranty

Every unit ships factory-sealed with the full manufacturer warranty registered to you before it leaves our facility. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer (typically 2–5 years covering manufacturing defects). If you ever have a warranty issue, don't fight the manufacturer alone — call us and we'll handle the claim with you for the life of the machine.

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order and support you: name, contact details, shipping address and order history. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers. We never sell or rent your data. Newsletter emails are opt-in and every message includes one-click unsubscribe.
