Use this page to understand what happens after you order from Metal Detectors Direct.
1. Order Confirmation
After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address used for the purchase. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder and contact us if needed.
2. Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Specialized, backordered or made-to-order equipment can require additional time. If availability or dispatch timing changes, we will contact you using the information on the order.
3. Shipment & Tracking
When the order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Depending on the product and destination, tracked carriers may include DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or USPS.
4. Check Your Order
If you have a Shopify customer account, use your account's Orders section to review order information. You can also use the carrier tracking link included in your shipment notification.
