UIG searchcoil mt18

The UIG MT18 is a genuine large-diameter search coil for UIG detectors. Bigger coils push the detection field deeper and cover more ground per sweep, which is what you want on open fields, beaches and cleared prospecting ground where targets are sparse and depth matters more than separation.

The trade-off is that a large coil is heavier and less precise among scattered trash, so most operators keep a smaller coil for built-up sites and fit the MT18 when they move to open country.
